Studio Policies Agreement

Please review the studio policies below before submitting your request.

Booking Access/Studio Policies:

Guests may enter scheduled studio(s) at the start time of their booking and must vacate the studio by the end of the booking time. Be sure to save some time at the end of your booking to restore the studio to its original state (chairs re-stacked, table broken down, trash in proper receptacles, piano in fine order, etc.) for the next booking.

If you need to extend your booking, come check with the front desk. Use of a room past booking time or using a room without scheduling in advance will result in additional fees.

Studios

  • Arrive on time and to vacate the space on time (Time cannot be extended for tardiness)
  • Stack all chairs and break down all tables (Leave ample time at the end of booking to complete this task)
  • Do not touch mirrors
  • Do not take items from other studios or lobby areas
  • Use of candles, open flame, glitter, paint, incense, e-cigarettes is prohibited
  • Tap shoes are allowed in the studio. (Please, ensure screws are tightened)
  • Sound systems are to be kept at or below 90 decibels
  • Do not touch (or hang anything from) the sound panels or sprinklers
  • Do not remove any part of the piano or alter it in any way
  • Use of rosin is not permitted without prior written consent. (Cleaning fees may apply)

Lobbies & Hallways

  • No bare feet or tap shoes are allowed outside of the studio
  • No vocalizing, dancing or rehearsing is allowed outside of the studio
  • No posting of signs/directions in the hallways
  • (Magnetic frames can be provided upon request to post on the outside of your door)
  • Do not store or move any items outside of your studio
  • Hallways/Lobbies may only be used for those waiting to enter studio: Parents & Guardians are asked to depart facility after drop-off for group classes/events.
  • Bicycles are not allowed to be stored in the hallways, lobbies, or freight (Bikes may be brought into rented studio)

Food & Beverage

  • Food and beverages are permitted in the studio (Leave no trace behind to avoid cleaning fee)
  • Do not place any food or beverage on the piano
  • Do not place any liquids in the trash bins (Dispose of liquids in kitchen sink)

Use of Equipment:

The Renter agrees to use the provided equipment in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all instructions regarding its usage and storage. Any loss or damage to equipment during the rental period may result in additional fees.
