Our 22 column-free rehearsal studios overlook Times Square across two full floors located on the corner of Broadway and 48th Street.

Located in the heart of the Theater District, OPEN JAR STUDIOS is the ideal venue for rehearsals, auditions, and support offices for productions of all sizes.
Two 4,000 square-foot studios with 22-foot high ceilings are the perfect space for Broadway rehearsals. These large studios accompany a number of different-sized studios also suited perfectly for dance rehearsals, music rehearsals, production offices, and even costume fittings.
We wanted to build a home for artists to freely create.
THE INSTITUTE
In addition to rehearsal space, Open Jar Studios is home to The Open Jar Institute. The institute is now in its 20th year, providing training and instruction for aspiring artists and professionals.
We dedicate this space to the creation of art and the cultivation of the artist.
