We will produce the showcase in NYC, including the management of the venue, invitations, RSVP list.
Four virtual sessions designed to help prepare attendees to have a successful prepare for agent meetings, and make the most of the time in NYC.
We will manage invitations and RSVP list for agents, casting directors, other industry leaders.
Assist formatting and professional printing of headshots/resumes for all students and online profiles.
10 Reproductions of Headshots/Resumes and discount on any additional copies.
DURING NYC TWO-DAY SESSION:
Manage rehearsal, tech elements during two-hour tech session in the venue, including theatrical lighting.
One-hour Agent Showcase attended by industry agents, casting directors and other leaders, followed by meet & greet.
Receive agent feedback directly from agents, casting directors after seeing actors materials in private agent session.
ProShot Capture your audition material with professional video cameras, lighting and sound giving each student a high-quality reel of their work for their online profile.
City Essentials Tour around the midtown area where students can visit and learn about all the audition locations and other essential stops for a working actor.
ProWorkshop with industry creative leader.
All studio rental and venue expenses are included for showcase.
Catered Lunch provided on both days.

SHOWCASE SERIES
Co-Produced showcase allows schools to share costs with other schools to make the most of your college showcase experience.
PRE-SESSION: In preparation for your showcase, you’ll have four virtual sessions with NYC showcase producer helping you prepare for the best showcase.
NYC SHOWCASE: Across two days you’ll introduce yourself as an artist to NYC, meet agents, casting directors, and other theatre industry professionals. You’ll see all the essential locations any professional actor needs, and work one-on-one with an industry leader in a professional workshop.
COST SHARING: Schools can partner up to share the costs of venue and other rental costs, and increase the attendance of agents and casting directors.
FOUR PARTNERS: $7,000/school
Each school has ONE showcase slot.
TWO PARTNERS: $14,000/school
