One of the biggest challenges in the group audition settings is sitting through every candidate, many of which don’t fit your season either because they are not avaiable for your dates or you they don’t have the skills you need.

Spending all this time watching auditions leaves only a little time for callbacks and meeting the candidates that might be a match for your season.

Many candidates spend money attending the conference only to discover they get no callbacks or meeting. With this new format, candidate know for sure they have at least one callback before they spend money booking travel to the audition.

Review all candidates in your own time:

Filter candidates for:

  • Availability dates

  • Specific skills that match your season

Review materials from all candidates that match your filters.

Send out callback invitations to meet IN-PERSON in NYC for:

  • individual appointment times

  • dance/movement calls

DEADLINE FOR REVIEW: Dec. 15

NYC IN-PERSON CALLBACK:

Conduct callback sessions in private callback studio for:

  • individual callback appointments

  • informational sessions

  • use your space in whatever way makes the most sense

Attend group movement callbacks for in-person review:

  • dance/movement calls (mover combo, dancer combo, tap)

  • stage combat
